It would be helpful to have instructions on how to set this integration up. Typically, Implementation sets this up if they are a new FH but on occasion, Support also needs to set this up.
And one thing that's easy to forget is linking ASD in the branches. I'm not sure where the info comes from on the Integration Settings page, but someone on Implement might be able to help round this topic out more.
