Passare Internal Ideas

We are getting several calls/emails regarding when a funeral director would receive notifications in the Collaboration Center. It might be helpful to have an article internally that explains when a notification will be sent if their alert preferences are enabled. This also might be helpful to add to the KBA for Managing the CC for the FD.
