We need to add 2 new processes to our build KBAs:
1) We should turn ON the appropriate integrations on the Features & Integrations page. Integrations are indicated in OnBase - Implementation will fully set up the integrations (i.e. contact CFS to set up the website sync).
2) We need to set up case ID templates (as indicated in OnBase) but NOT give an effective date. Implementation will set the sequence & make effective.
