Can we update the case identifier section of this Build KBA (https://support.passare.com/build-imports-and-settings) to include a link to the Support KBA (https://support.passare.com/how-to-create-edit-case-identifiers) so that there's specification on how to set up the templates? Case type is not being selected in one of the steps but it's covered in the Support KBA.
