In order to track Custom Forms in Passare, we need to add a tracking system that is easy to read and easy to update.
We will need to add a "Custom Forms" Radio Button that will then update a counter element on the Local Documents screen in Passare. The logic should be that if the button is "flagged" then the counter should be increased by one. One thing we need to limit is the access the the radio button. The button should ONLY be accessible to Super Admin users aka Passare Ops. The counter should be visible to ALL users.
