The e-Signature feature allows for families to have the option of TYPING or DRAWING their signature (and/or initials), but funeral directors only have the option to sign with a TYPED signature. Could it be possible to allow the funeral director to also have the option of DRAWING their signature, either with each signing request OR like other funeral home management software signing features - to save the (drawn) signature under the profile/information of the individual funeral home director/staff member. This would create even more authenticity to signing.
This may even facilitate an additional line of code, so that the funeral director on the specific document also receives a signature request email/text, similar to the next of kin or specified family member, to the email address/mobile phone number associated with that funeral home staff's profile.
