We have defined some processes with Hannah Macey (Domanicare) and need our KBAs to reflect these updates/additions. Can we have:
one article to show Domanicare Reports pulling Informant data
another article to show Domanicare reports pulling all Family/Friends data
she may specify a specific role for us to pull from this list, i.e. "Aftercare Follow-Up" role
Hannah should let us know FH name, type of contact (inf or F&F), and frequency of report (screenshot). Reports should be defaulted to run 1st of each month for month prior unless she specifies otherwise. See attached doc for setup of both types of reports.
